Each year for the last 12 years Curt has run a Painting Challenge over the Northern Hemisphere Winter Months (20 Dec to 20 Mar). Painters from all over the world have gathered together in a virtual Art Studio every year to encourage each other to make an big hole in their Lead (and plastic) mountains.

Curt's been a busy podcast guest- I think this is his 4th appearance in the last 12 months. I'm all signed up for my second challenge; I just finished assembling, basing and priming a whole batch of figs for the start line. :D

Many thanks, I had Curt booked in as a guest for 6 months, can't believe WSS spoke to him the week before mine came out !

See you at the start line for the Challenge

I like the pod casts on youtube always interesting, but i must admit the Faux Yorkshire accent and words is a little irritating. Other than that its oreyt.

I suppose we all have things they find a little irritating, mine is random people making negative comments on the Internet  lol

Living in between Leeds and Bradford and working in the Dales the majority of my adult life I will of course endeavour to adopt a strong Cork accent for future episodes.

Nice twist at the end of the post, very good.

I am always positive about the place I live, I always try and fill the episodes with humour, I do this because I enjoy it, oh and 8ts free.

I like your youtube podcasts and sometimes listen whilst i am painting I especially liked the Robbie Roddis one and found it very entertaining, but if you are going to place your content on your internet for all the "random" mortals to view you should be open to a little gentle criticism maybe. After all, I know what I like and I like what I say. :D

Hi,

it's fine if you want to criticise the Podcast, but then I too have the right to a resposte.

By random I meant someone who hadn't (to my knowledge) interacted with me in the past and you have shown a bit of "faux" outrage trying to suggest that I have used "random" to suggest I'm better than you which is complete dog's danglies  lol I leave that sort of thing for the Ilkley set.

I do my best, I can't please everyone. FYI the "faux" bits are my actual voice, the bits in between (that mere mortals can understand) are the result of 30 years of weekly elocution lessons at a private college in Harrogate  ;)

I'm glad you have enjoyed the Podcasts you have listened to and I hope you can enjoy more in the future.

I think Alex or Sean mentioned Skirmish gaming in one episode, I've given them the hard word  lol

Thanks for listening

Fair enough mate. The hard word is as stern a warning as it gets!  lol
