We had a cracking Third Afghan War game the other week, after action report on the blog with some nice pictures. More thought required on rules!

Spiffing show. :)

Great game and splendid figures. :-* :-* :-*
Why not try an adapted Men Who Would Be Kings. The only changes you would need to make is probably the MG firing.
-
Ches guys, we tried Men Who Would Be Kings but I really didnt enjoy it. We will try CoC next time but with sharp practice activation.
-
Excellent scenario and great presentation. I bought a book on that action at Badama Post to do the very same scenario.
-
Cheers, I picked Badama Post up a few months ago but not actually read it yet.
-
Bravo mate, great looking game!!
-
Looked like a lot of fun. Great table and figures!
-
What scale is the airplane? I've been looking at Corgi 1/48 scale planes for this period.
-
Thanks Rgalan, Minpigs the plane is a 1/48th Kit, not sure of manufacturer bought a while ago but I seem to remeber there beign a few to choose from.
-
Beautiful game! Lovely Brushwork!
-
Excellent game. What about 'Setting the East Ablaze!' rules?
-
tHANKS GUYS, SETTING THE eAST aBLAZE i HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST AND WASNT TOO FOND OF. I think Chain of Command with alterations for the tribal element will give us what we need, let you knowwhen we have playtested them.
-
I plan to use TSATF with some of the rules in the Sword To Adventure variant for this conflict.
-
Sorry, late to the party on this one.
Great looking game, that really portrays the period well.
Nice figures, and nice table.
I do like the aircrew hiding in the building.
-
Great looking figures and game. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks guys, follow up with rule amends soon.
