You have a lot of good stuff!
I'm glad I didn't get into the Assimilation Host Kickstarter. From what others have told me, that turned out to be quite the fiasco. The minis look great though.

Probably for the best, yeah.  I don't have any major complaints personally but I'm very definitely one of the lucky ones, having gotten not only my original Queen pledge but a second similar one I "bought" off the TFG market when dissatisfied backers were trying to unload their pledges.  That might be the result of being annoyingly persistent rather than sheer chance, though.  I started nagging when it first went past the planned fulfillment date and never laid off.  I do feel kind of bad for Ed, who's had health problems and is out of the minis business altogether these days AFAIK.

Those actually look really nice. Too bad the KS went south. Hopefully some of them will eventually show up for sale. Do you know if any of the original molds were saved?

Yes.  AFAIK Impact Miniatures has them, and is planning to sell them at retail if/when he completes the fulfillment on the Kickstarter, which was a bit over halfway done last I looked.  Postage for the shipping seems to be the sticking point.  That info is all pre-COVID though.  You might try contacting him directly to see what's what, maybe the figs are closer to release than I think, or farther away.
