I just glanced at your title at first and read wizard's tower, and we all know how that turned out  lol Anyway, I am looking forward to how this turns out. I really have no concept of what you are building but I am sure that I will enjoy the ride.

I always associate your terrain with the lush, green, spooky forest and swamp stuff you've shown us in the past, so a not-Jedi hangout seems like a fascinating change of pace!

Did some pics yesterday,I rather like the idea of the hermitage sitting on an outcrop,rising above a jungle or something. I have been looking at too much 70s fantasy art…

Pigments are sold as powder over here.
I often see advertisements with people exposed to multi-coloured dust explosions and imagined you throwing bags of red, yellow and blue pigments onto the tower.

Ah yes,now I see. We get all the pigments here as powder, Ammo from Mig,AK et cetera . Surprisingly we seem to be able to get more painting supplies than is available in the UK /Europe and a fair few of them are from Spain/Italy!

I guess I’m about half way through the build;  flora,fauna,a lightning rod,and any weird details I can think of. Hopefully these will hide the skewwhiff buildings  ;D

Wow, the weathering on the buildings looks amazing. And yes, foilage is a tough call. I'd personally go semi-arid with a few sparse trees and bushes

This is looking pretty impressive already. Especially for the dwelling of just the one hermit. Pretty obvious when you think about it though. I mean; those guys are really big on personal space, so a small castle to live in by themselves makes perfect sense.

And it's more stylish than a simple barrel next to the city walls of course :D

Plenty of room for butterflies too...  :P
