New video! This is a battle report of the rarely seen Sturmabteilung Vor! variant for IABSM, set on 4th Nov 1918 as British forces attack the Sambre-Ouise canal.

Thanks very much for that demonstration. I almost missed it bc for some reason the Great War is listed on LAF among 'Child Boards' - which, being big, ugly and 50-something, I don't normally visit. I am not usually a fan of card-based games - but I can see it working for WWI and later wars, when smaller numbers of troops cover a wider area and no commander on the ground really has a clue what to expect. Your set up is brilliant, the unfolding explanation informative and interesting. I particularly liked the way you recovered from the first card turned over - a broken-down tank - which is surely not ideal in a video-demonstration. Wil certainly watch out for more.

Cheers,I am glad you liked it! I really.like the card activation of IABSM and other Lardy games. I know a lot.of folk don't, but they ads a lot of friction to games, which I really enjoy

Thanks for posting. I have Through the Mud and Blood, which has some of the same mechanics but isn't exactly alike. Nice to see a Lardie's WW1 game in action.
