Sculpted by John Robertson and based on the fantastic art of Ian Miller.

They've currently reached all of their stretch goals at £15 000 and he's currently working on more WIP add-ons.

This is a dream come true for me; I've always loved Ian's work back when I read the Tolkien Bestiary 20 years ago and his artwork for Realm of Chaos in various GW things.

John appears to have done a great job of capturing the Miller style and as pewter pieces (or black washed model metal) for the display case these are great.

But I am not sure they will work as painted miniatures without losing the essence of what makes the art so unique..

Really interesting project. I always liked Ian Miller's work and the sculpts look great. I think the right paintjob will still make them very recognisable as Miller pieces.
