does anyone know of similar miniature in 32mm

For the 'White Wolf' wanderer, this Copplestone fellow (https://www.forlornhopegames.co.uk/products/0290_2_swords) might fit the bill.
You might be able to use this guy (https://www.forlornhopegames.co.uk/products/0256_warchief_large_sword) as a starting point for the armoured Elric (maybe turn the crest into a dragon with green stuff).
If I remember correctly, Elric in Stormbringer has a visor on his helmet (or some sort of facial protection), though that's never shown in illustrations, it seems. He also has a big shield with the eight arrows of chaos on it (there must be an abundance of GW shields that will do for that).

There was actually a small line of Elric/Eternal Champion figures and I had a small boxed set of them (think I saw the Jerry Cornelius figure floating around a little while ago) but that was many years ago and I can't remember who the manufacturer was but you might want to search around for that. Best of luck.

I thought they had two figures in this style but only seem to have one now. They have a few other elves but not quite the same llok

I haven't read the books but I thought that the "tragic hero" from this pack of Crooked Dice mini's was a straight copy

I always liked how the illustrations made Stormbringer and its counterpart scimitars. Not often seen on heroic figuures.

My Elric was the Dragontooth P-8 High Elven Hero King (mounted and on foot) that is always found in one form or another on my battlefields., but that Hasslefree Fellow sure has the look.

Dark Sword Miniatures are on the tall side for 28mm I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) so this Elven Warrior (https://www.darkswordminiatures.com/shop/male-elven-warrior-with-long-sword/) might work.
