Does anyone have this set of rules yet?
I was wondering how they play. Do they use
cards? Does each figures have set of stats and traits
ect.

Hi
The rules are character driven with each figure having their own personality and one or more traits or skills which affect their ability to respond to events or achieve tasks.
Figures are rated as Hero,Main character,Supporting character or Minor character ,each mini using a card from a standard playing card deck to activate them and uses D10's to determine the outcome of their actions and attacks.
I had this book as a Xmas gift but haven't used them yet,it's paperback and has lots of pictures and examples of play inside.
Hope that helps? :)

Yes it does. Thanks for the information.
Sounds fun. I am thinking 1830s Texas Rangers vs
Comanches.

Yep, they'll be ideal for that.
You'll need to check out the excellent Boothill range of minis for the Rangers👍
If you're after the rules there's a set in the bazaar up for grabs ;)

Me too. I have purchased, but not painted, some
of the excellent Boot Hill figures for Texicans &
Mexicans, but there is a paucity of early Comanche,
I want them to have bow, lance, shield & maybe the
occasional flintlock. It seems I'll have to do some
conversions. :-[

Warlord still does Comanches. Not sure how many do not have rifles of a later period.

Warlord still does Comanches.
That is probably where I would have to start, but
conversion work would have to happen. :?

If they’re the original unchanged conquest figures they have a load of separate weapons options, you could do an pre ACW war party pretty easily
