I haven't seen this mentioned yet, apologies if I've missed it.
The second Stragrave supplement has appeared for pre-order on Amazon UK (https://amazon.co.uk/Stargrave-Last-Prospector-Joseph-McCullough/dp/1472847725/ref=sr_1_3), with a delivery date of April 28. There were some pictures of some female crew on a Repaer forum post this morning (linked from Reaper, as I don't know the source of the picture)
Hopefuly Nick will be offering a deal (hint, hint :D)
The Dahlgren Belt was once a vast asteroid mining operation that supplied the entire sector with rare metals and various elemental fuels. However, the isolation of the last war caused the corporation to wither, and the various outposts and colonies were eventually left to look after themselves. Some became true collectives, or limited democracies, while others have fallen to the rule of gangsters, warlords, and despots. In all cases, the limited resources of air and organic material has made life difficult.
In this supplement for Stargrave, the crews must travel from asteroid-to-asteroid, and even down to the system's single, barely inhabitable planet, searching for a man who claims to have discovered a 'big score'. During their journey, players will fight through numerous different environments - including asteroid mines, zero gravity, and even hellish jungle. Captains must curry favour with the various small political factions that hold power in the Belt. Only through a combination of wits, diplomacy, and weapons can players hope to reach the last prospector and gain a share of his claim.

Ship's Crew II.

North Star will start the pre-orders for this new book on the 4th of April.
We're hoping to have the plastic box set Crew II ready at the same time (there's still some work to be done on the moulds). This will be the all female crew.
We're also making 6-7 new metal figures for the release. they are the new Soldiers and Captain Classes from the book.
There will be some special deals as well to tempt you into ordering from us rather than Amazon etc.
I'll post details here when we're ready to roll.

Can't wait, thanks for the heads-up

Our pre-order will run through April, so you should be able to order both later this month. We've not discussed with Great Escape taking delivery of the Cowgirls yet.

We're taking orders for Stargrave: The Last Prospector now:

The new heads in the Darksider bundle is what I wish the plastic Frostgrave cultist sprue heads had looked like! (Or, at least, I wish the sprue included a few looking like that.)
I know it's a long shot, but I'd love to buy an STL set of them.

Excellent, and they are available to pre-order now. https://www.northstarfigures.com/prod.php?prod=16484 (https://www.northstarfigures.com/prod.php?prod=16484)
Thanks.
Definitely the bundle deal and a couple of additional boxes.
I did look at the Darksider heads, but I am not keen on adding metals heads to plastic (or resin) bodies.
I am definitely after something that looks like the Laserburn Red Redemptionists.

... even more variety can be achieved by mixing in components from other Stargrave female box sets.
Tell us more...

Is there a bundle for just the metal figures or metal figures and the book?
-
There's only the bundles on the website available.
The book is at a discounted price till next Monday, you could order that with the metal figures & still get it all at a good price.

I hope I can order the new plastic female gunfighters at the same time.
I got my bundle from Northstar the day after Bad Squiddo sent me the cowgirls. They are not as compatible as a the male ones in terms of the Stargrave arms being a little bulky for for the cowgirl figures. I also tried an eisenkern (Wargames Atlantic) body on cowgirl legs and they fit pretty well and the body matched well with the Stargrave arms too. Going to try necromunda arms on the cowwgirls tonight and see how that works

So how do they match?

A heads up for anyone who hadn't already twigged to it, WizKids' plastic D&D behir model is a nearly-perfect proxy for the "centisaur" you'll need in scenario 3. Technically short half of its legs, but the twelve it's got is plenty in my opinion. Kind of glad I never did finish that conversion I was going to do to use it as a crewthing in Rogue Stars game, saves me having to buy another.

It's their usual soft-ish plastic, but owing to size and bulk it isn't flexible enough to worry about the paint cracking.
-
That’s a good suggestion about using the Behir for a centisaur. Reaper also makes one that could stand in:

I've done that one as well, and while it's much cheaper it's also a bit fiddly and the thinner limbs make them a lot more prone to flexing during use, which can get rough on your paint job.
