My dear Captain, in your visually stunning Western Desert thread, did you include any Italian Infantrymen? I'm adding some Italians to bolster my few units of Afrika Korps. Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, I was hoping to copy yours!

No, I'm afraid the Italians have never really grabbed me.

Just started getting some paint on the WI freebie Italian Infantry. They're most impressive, all except for the one blighter working the bolt on his rifle. Last time I saw a bloke with a hand that big it was in 'The Quartermass Experiment'!

Amassed two Platoons worth of Italian soldiers to fight the Black Watch up the blue. Wot they needed next was a bit of a punch to back 'em up. Now, thanks to our very own Grumpy Gnome in the Bazaar, they've got it!

Thanks Nurgle, I've nearly finished a platoons worth of Italian infantry. Really enjoyed painting a uniform  I've never had a pop at before, them white sun hat thingys look well cool!
