Played my first competitive game of The Silver Bayonet; this was with three players. French, Prussians, and Russians search for an artifact while taking on revenants. I've posted a report on my blog:

Good looking game and it sounds like you had fun!

Gorgeous terrain! Looks like a larger-than-usual field, no doubt a good idea with three factions.

love the table
would really like to get something similar in 18mm scale

Great report! I see how it was a nail biter closer to the end. Your table looks great.

There are many options AB Figures has a large range of figures to which you can purchase single selected figure, Stonewall Figures has a large selection as well.
I am currently waiting for my order from Stonewall to arrive, I ordered different Marines sets of British, French and Americans. My aim is to play along coastal regions.
I currently created a Marine Sergeant.
{Speed 6, Melee 2, Accuracy 1, Defense 13, Courage 2, Health 11, Recruitment 14, (Attributes) Steady legs, Sword and Pistol}
My team consists of an Officer, Supernatural Investigator, Doctor, Marine Sergeant, and two Marines. My team are US Marines for the most part using the British guidelines.
After all, can't have all of Europe having all the good stuff to win wars over other countries.

Good looking table and an interesting report. The effectiveness of mounted figures is worth highlighting - I may have to think about including one with my Austrians.
Thanks.

Mounted figures get an increase to their base move raising it to 8" but their biggest advantage is fighting against figures who are on foot. In that situation, a cavalryman gets a +1 Melee and +1 Damage and they get a +1 Defense if attacked by a figure on foot. If both figures on alive at the end of a round of combat, the foot figure must Back Off regardless of who initiated the combat. Makes the cavalryman very effective against creatures like revenants or goblins.
