Title: Hellenistic 15mm light troops- Comparison pic's
Post by: OB on May 04, 2022, 09:04:08 AM
I have a variety of Hellenistic 15mm light troops up on my blog.  They come from a range of manufacturers.  I’ve included a couple of comparison shot’s that might be useful if you are intending a Hellenistic Army.

If it’s of interest here is the link.

There are more 15mm Hellenistics from various outfits on my blog.

There is also a couple of 15mm infantry comparison shots of Lancashire Games, Forged in Battle and Xyston figures.

I prefer to use on manufacturer for an army.  My Alexandrian/Successor/Greek armies are all Xyston.  My Punic Wars are Corvus Belli and Forged in Battle, which do match quite well.  I went with Forged in battle as their Romans were the best on the market.

There is an awful lot to be said for Forged in Battle.  That said I was disappointed with their Hypaspists, single pose for all the rank and file and not a good pose at that.

Their Romans are as you say the best currently available.
