Two interesting figures anyone know of a maker?
Figures a a tall 28mm

The bases remind me of Mithril Miniatures.

Both are Mithril I believe - Mithril miniatures were fantastic and very realistic looking especially in terms of anatomy. They are fantasy Lord of the rings miniatures predating the movies and in many ways nicer than the offerings by GW.
They were refreshing too as fantasy miniatures tend to be bulky with over-exaggerated and overly-detailed features. Their orcs and trolls are particularly nice. Mithril miniatures are worth a fair amount as they are now rare and hard to find as many have been discontinued. But do see currently available miniatures here: https://mithril.ie/
Mithril miniatures came pre-undercoated in grey. Sad to see these so badly painted sure they can be lovingly restored.

Yes, they’re by Mithril from the early 1990s. The pair are M216 Morwen & Nienor. The other one’s M191 Tolwen, Elven healer.
Mithril Faerylands (http://mithril.faerylands.eu/index.php?action=home) is a great resource for identifying their figures.

I remember them being really tall and slender models in really funky poses with great anatomy. I think I had a couple of them, but they didn't quite fit with my Citadel stuff, so I didn't go all in with them.

Many thanks never really looked at this range before! All three are off to the stripping tub.

Looking forward to seeing them painted. Great link Citizen Sade.

Hi!
I had the Fellowship of the Ring box set for a few years. I sold it as I didn't have any inclination to paint or game with them.
