Title: Retro Spaceship objective
Post by: zrunelord on September 03, 2022, 06:27:58 PM
Hello again all,
I had this idea to do a Retro Spaceship objective. I will make it crash landed & add 2 fallen grey aliens from alternative armies.

The door is a milk carton inside cap, the nose is a sparkling wine cap, the main body is an led lamp & then card. I think it is simple yet effective.

Looks great! I can't wait to see what it looks like all painted up and ready for the tabletop.

Thanks all.

I should have added this pic to show the semi opened door ( this is the inside of a milk carton spout. Oil bottle ones can be used also )

I think I will use a little bit of exp foam to model the base & push the spaceship into it while it's still wet.

Will post pics Soon(ish)

I might be able to make a crashed spaceship.  It would make a great objective.

I'm getting inspiration here. I've got a half built crashed spaceship sitting in my to-do queue and this is making me want to get it done.. Keep it up!

That is like 1990's Star Trek Retro.

Or, if you want 1980's retro...

 lol

Agree with Z. It will come along. Just keep gluing and painting.
