Impact Miniatures is running a KS for nice looking 28mm power suits. I've backed a number of their projects over the years and love all their work:

The hardsuit designs are great, good to see someone finally getting those into production.
Classy move by Impact to try and put right the crap left behind by Reidy/Whitehouse et al.

Sadly, given shipping costs, UK exchange rate and the lack of a resin printer I shall be watching this from the sidelines only :(

There are plenty of printing services out there. Depending on the price per model for the hard suits that would be a viable option.

Note that one of the pledge levels is for former backers of the Defiance Games Kickstarter who never received their items. Impact Miniature's Kickstarter is offering a discount on hardsuit packs for people who can prove they were a part of that failed Kickstarter.

They're absolutely cool not-Elementals.
But I worry about the guy with the cigar; how is he going to take that thing out of his mouth? Does the ash fall inside the suit? What happens when he has to button up? lol

I was looking at the picture, and cannot work out how the pilot fits in the "suit".

The pilot's arms may be tucked inside, but I cannot see where the legs go.
