Perhaps early days to be asking this but has anyone else been giving thought to solo play?
My ‘biologically modified penal colony miners’ are certainly not a force of unthinking zombies but their tactical skills are relatively limited. Having had a quick look at the ‘Mr Babbage’ solo rules in TMWWBK, I’m quite content for these escaped convicts to substitute for Zulus versus my Colonial Marines as Redcoats.
Has anyone tweaked Mr Babbage into Mr Spock, for an XR version of the engine?

Nice idea. I would be interested not just for solo games, but also
for co-operative games against a common enemy.

I haven’t tried it, yet, but I also have a cult of four-armed miners that I would like to play against. Giving them into the hands of Mr Babbage is actually a brilliant idea!

It just might work (and Mr Babbage is suitable for coop as well as solo play).

Actually there’s a guy who has published a great WWI mod for TMWWBK and before I heard of Xenos Rampant, I’ve been toying with the idea of modding this mod to 40k/space opera themed sci fi.

Any chance you could post a link for the WW-1 mod? It sounds interesting.
