Title: Parthian Cataphracts
Post by: Cyrus1 on January 28, 2023, 11:59:03 PM: I've just finished painting some GB Parthian cataphracts. These are the same plastic set as their Late Roman cataphracts but with different heads.

Thanks, yeah the Snowies is a great spot, probably more trashed than it used to be, heaps of brumbies and deer up there in recent years.

Garry I’m still waiting for my Victrix horse archers, they’re stuck in the Royal Mail log jam somewhere! We will have to try a Parthians vs Late Seleucids game sometime?

Brilliant figures as you’d expect, size wise they will work fine with the GB cataphracts, I think Victrix have reduced the size of the horses, they definitely look smaller to my eyes…

Here's a couple of comparison shots, the Victrix horse archers mix fine with all other ranges, in my opinion.

Those Scythians looks really good. They don't look out of scale with the GB Cataphracts. I'd say they go nicely together.

Post by: Cyrus1 on February 20, 2023, 10:14:57 PM: No worries, the Warlord horse archers are smaller than the Victrix horse archers but the Victrix horse archers are smaller than the GB cataphracts and they all mix perfectly well in my opinion.
