Title: Is Ebob Miniatures still in business?

Does anyone know if Ebob are still trading?

I placed an order on 18th December and have not received anything. I've tried email, facebook, telephone and text message and have not had any replies, so just wondering if they have ceased trading.

I had a similar experience over a year ago. Eventually I got my money back via PayPal.

That is a great shame.
I was planning to run a whole Pulp Alley campaign set in a German POW camp and had ordered a stack of his Great Escape models.

Do you know how long you have to make a claim from Paypal?
I'd like to think he's not just taking peoples money with no intention of fulfilling orders.

I tried to look for some clues. Looks like since 2014 or so, there have been more complaints than updates. There's also a FB review posted this January:

So, "trading", it seems. :-I

I think I've bought something from them more than 10 years ago with no issues, but thereafter it has apparently got worse for some reason. No better first hand experience or information than that.

Paypal dispute window is 6 months... Just saying.

I have just received miniatures from Ebob, so all is well.
Nice figures for Great Escape.

Chris, I presume they arrived "straight out of the blue" so no answers to your e-mail, text, facebook and telephone queries. Really glad that you received your stuff but pretty shoddy customer service.
