Did I miss something?
I cannot find a single copy of this rules set *anywhere*? (That's a lie; there is one used copy on Amazon for $80.)
What happened? Why has it disappeared?

Really? I thought he was being helpful, if not a bit sarcastic. But I guess humor, like beauty, is in the eyes of the beholder. 8)
