As presented at this years Vapnartak show in York, in a giant sweat box of a corner of the racecourse. Added to the tension. And the smells…. Rules are, naturlich, Setting the East Ablaze, 2nd edition.
Set on the disputed Manchurian frontier in 1926, following the withdrawal of the Japanese, Warlord Chinese and Bolsheviks battle it out for control of this vital junction. Think Dien Bien Phu, with the Reds as the French. Cracking game. Chinese victory in the end.

Thanks fella. I've been slacking the last few years, not in gaming, but in posting. Lots more to come

twas a grand looking game. as ever.
But a tad on the warm side and a rather unexpected location.
When you weren't loitering in your normal space (conveniently between Caliver and Dave Thomas) I wondered if you were absent.
-
They have been ‘experimenting’ with locations the last couple of years, not entirely successfully lol lol. Good to see you too mate

Wonderful as always but missing the Kriegspieler's signature mountain terrain. I assume that der Baron, in an alcoholic haze, managed to lose it or perhaps was rolled by a fierce group of girlscouts!

This looked fantastic an the day, you did seem to be oddly tucked away in a corner

And fear not, there will be plenty of hills this summer……… ???

Fu is not surprised and had predicted this. Still most assumptions will turn out to be incorrect.

But with cavalry and trains - so much better
-
Spectacular looking game! Where did you get the aircraft?
-
The Junkers DI, from memory, was an Edward kit. The Chinese one was an ancient Aurora kit from the 1970s
-
