Scene setting, the road to the Bridge on the Lower Rhine, at the very tip of the Maroon Spear, Eagle eyed spotters will have gormed 2nd. Battalion Parachute Regiment's CO, Lieutenant Colonel Harry Faversham VC directing operations. Jerry has been spotted, Both sides determined to prevail.

The acute shortages stymying the German Army in the Autumn of 1944 being clearly shown in these piccys. Magnificently equipped Fallscirmjagers, contrasting sharply with the Wermacht comrades, some of them looking very shabby in wot appear to be old Afrika Korps uniforms!

Thank you Sir, wish it was me good enough to paint the little bleeder to that standard! The Paratroopers that is, I knocked up the Fallschirmjagers though.

Looking very good! What rules are you using?

I see your game room comes equipped with some revolvers. Always handy in case a rules dispute results in a duel!

We're trying Neil Thomas WW2 rules. And yes, you're right the Emporium boasts more firepower than a third world country. There's even a PIAT kicking about to repel the Tiggys!

They're from 1st. Corps, not strictly accurate for Arnhem., The Recce Squadron jeeps only toted a single Vickers 'K' Gun. You could separate the guns easily enough, the big problem's the gunner, he's cast with a double grip. So I compromised a tad!
