Finally... o_o
... got my "Force" complete! :)
The white paints of the Belgians, btw, were done using the Austrian White Triad. The triad gives a fairly greyish tone; even the light is slightly greyish. Okay for the pants, but for the helmets I used the Austrian White base color, a darker grey for the shade and pure white of the light.
Take that all with a pinch of salt, as the photo came out a bit washed out, so the colors are not really true. My great photography at work once again... :?

Most inspiring! Got me to take out my box of unpainted Belgians and start drooling ;D

Thanks for the kind remarks! :)
As a postscript... I just got an OptiVISOR the other day so as soon as I can figure out how to use it without throwing up all over the place... :o maybe my painting will improve a bit.
Here's me... Mr. Grumpy with his Visor thingme stuck on his head:

Hey Ray, nice figures… as usual ;)
As for the Optivisor, do you or can you wear regular glasses with it?

Cheers, Mate!
I do wear glasses although normally I do not wear them to paint. Funny enough, I actually "see" better using the Optivisor and glasses together.
Have to get used to it though. At first I got a bit of vertigo swinging my head around looking through the visor, but once I started tilting the head upwards to look at things in the distance... the vertigo stopped.
Overall, I really like the visor. You can see detail very clearly and even the flow of the paint from the brush onto the mini.
We'll see if it improves my painting or not soon... ???

Looks great! I especially like the skin tones of the native soldiers.

Thanks K.C.!
I tend to like my natives a bit on the dark side. Am very happy with how they came out.
