as usual, Plaka Brown

Professor, forgive the ignorance of a newbie, but which company carries this color? I am looking for a better native skin tone than the ones carried in the Foundry paint first series,
-
Absolutely top notch  Skin tone is superb, and the uncluttered base really sets the figure off. Are you still using the same colours on the base Prof?
Pat (who is obsessed with chasing the Holy Grail of basing, 40 years and I still can't get it right :? )

Nicey!
I've been putting off painting my masked ones, as I was unsure how to proceed with them. Those masks are quite easy to muck up, as I found when I tried to paint my masked archers. Your scheme is simple yet elegant, and works perfectly.
I aim to unashamedly steal your ideas!
-
I realy realy like the firt one !!!!
-
my Africa inspiration this time has an indefinite character. Not really a special theme, I just pick anything what I like and paint it.

Those aren't Ngoni shields...
(Grumble, grumble. I'm just jealous because I can't paint like that. :) )
-
Those aren't Ngoni shields...
I know, just using what i have , seems that Foundry doesnt care about the shields they are wraping up in blisters :(
-
I suppose as they don't actually label any of their figures as being Ngoni then they aren't actually conning you. But it is annoying how you can't pick what shields you get, the way you could when the range first came out.
The Ngoni isangoma figure isn't Foundry by the way. But as he doesn't have a shield anyway it doesn't make any difference! :)

Very nice work Alex.
Where is the plastic tree from that Grimm commented on you not painting (the one on page 2 of this thread)? Looks useful.

Todd, the trees belong to the aquarium terrain

I want one of those funny little Azande hats. I think it would go well with my three-button maroon mod suit.
(I think I hardly need add the "Lovely painting, Alex" part any more. That is pretty much a given.)
