Title: (Commercial) Oathmark Human Light Infantry released this month.
Post by: nicknorthstar on February 03, 2024, 02:48:27 PM: The new Oathmark plastic figure release this month will be the Human Light Infantry. This'll allow you to make two troop types from the Human list, the Militia and the Rangers.

The weapon options are hand weapon and shield, and bows.

The pre-order campaign will start next week. You'll be able to buy various levels of deals.

There's also 6 metal characters to go with the Light Infantry.

I'll announce the launch here.

There will be an Early Bird offer, the first 100 orders will get a free tub of Kadoma Woods base cover, to give your Rangers a true woodland feel.

If you look closely you will note that they are a bit foxed, if not badgered (or even dragoned).
You can see the damaged edges if you peer at the sprue photographs.

The king is almost writing his own backstory (he will definitely need to have the Golden String Bow magic item).

Very Miyazki (Nausica in particular).

I think these will deserve their own mini army.

I plumped for a single box with the Forest Outlaws conversion kit. Should help me finish off a long dormant Robin Hood project and give me enough figures to use as Rangers for various fantasy genres.
