Title: Flags of War "Border Wars Rules"

Good morning. I've been looking for a set of rules for my Border Reivers collection and have come across Flags of War "Border Wars" . Does anyone know anything about them. Also, can you play them just by buying the rules?  I note the figures sets come with "character cards" but I plan to use my old Vendel and Colonel Bills figures so won't have the cards.

You certainly can play the rules using your old figures (what I plan on doing with them).  The rules set gives you instructions for how to set up character cards, and the Flags of War website has free downloads of character cards.  Decent rule set.
