This was a tough one for composition... I had a hard time picking good colours, and I am not sure that I like this scheme...  oh well, I am happy with the execution!

The colour scheme is good. This black/grey/purple is in fact the only colour scheme that always looks good for a witch. But her magic wand could look a bit more spectacular.

Great job! I like her eye.

I think you did fine to leave the staff understated. I don't like figures who look like they're carrying around a technicolor totem pole.
