Nice! You are no native German speaker, are you?
You missed the N in Erbsengehirn, what would be a correct term, though everybody would just say Erbsenhirn instead.

Very true ;) I did know that there should really have been an n in I just didn't type it in :? didn't know about dropping the ge though. I will use Erbsenhirn in future it looks and sounds better, thanks

Hi Phil,
Nice work on the Americans an I was wondering what colours you are using for your two Americans uniforms including webbing?
Just working on some US myself an I look your take on them.
Thanks,
Helen
PS: Any colour tips on Windsor would be great too.

The project as taken a bit of back seat to my historical projects and painting to put food on the table, however I have managed to squeeze another three figures in
Paddock and Sutherland (Artizan Thrilling Tales figures)
and one of their adversaries
Eisen Truppe Fuhrer Lehrman (Artizan Thrilling Tales with West Wind SOTR head)

Looking good Phil. I really like the detail work you did on Sutherland. :)

Just like in several movies....Sutherland steals the show!!
Great stuff!

Great looking mini's. The German Dr. is a great mini to paint. Look forward to seeing more.

The plaid is awesome! How did you do it? I'm guessing you overlaid one color at a time.
Is there a tutorial for this somewhere? I've got a schoolgirl skirt I need to paint.

I painted it following the guidelines in Kevin Dallimore's book, I am pretty sure there is something on the net but I can't recall where at the moment, but yes one colour overlaid on another.

Anyway a Baker's dozen is 13 (one for the baker to sample) so who's going to be the unlucky number 13 then?

Listen carefully I will say this only once. That will be me, Phillipe, a member of the French resistance.
