Maybe a bit small for a full scenario board.

Is this picture taken from the backside of the diorama? This looks wrong.

If this is the same set I saw at walmart, the figures should scale about right with 28mm.  I didnt want to linger too long as my kids were with me and it can be hazardous to be in the toy department too long.

If you look up some pictures from the Kong game at historicon, there was a very good terrain and it looked pretty easy to make.  Not sure where they got the kong though.

I had this set in hands in our local Toys R Us store.
I was thinking to buy it. But King Kong didnt fill my needs. he doesnt look good. And also needs a complete redesign. Some bodyparts need greenstuff because of the moveable arms and he needs a paintjob too. The plastic stuff that comes with the set is a groundstone for scenery nothing more.
