Im looking for some wargame rules which will be quite like the games Doom and F.E.A.R that sort of soldier fighting monster sci-fi. (thats general sci-fi i know)
Any youve got in mind?

What do you mean exactly? You want a game you play against were the 'monsters' appear randomly? Or one where you can play as monsters or soldiers?
-
Like a skirmish where one controls the monster/aliens and one side controls soldiers

Space Hulk?
Sorry, I'll get my coat.
Actually, it isn't a joke, now I come to think of it. What you're describing is exactly what Space Hulk is. But whether you want to shell out for a limited release Games Workshop product rather than try to find free downloadable rules and using your own minis, I don't know. If you're looking for a 'game in a box' and you can find one on ebay, then it sounds like Space Hulk would fit the bill perfectly.

YEah, Nuc Ren would probably work but will need a bit of tinkering to do what you want with it. THe rules are fine but the character generation cant handle beasties yet.

There's a homegrown supplement for Savage Worlds Showdown with Aliens, Predators and Colonial Marines out there, and Savage Worlds Showdown is free.

As already mentioned, have a look at the Sci Fi section of Free Wargames Rules you'll find loads of bug hunt type rules.

A second vote for Space Hulk. There's also Doom by Fantasy Flight Games. I played it and it was okay, but I've seen reviews that the expansion to the game makes it good.
Battlestations is also supposed to be a fun game which features boarding actions.

If you want some colony or spaceship interiors I recommend the Starbase Omnicron card tiles from here:

They're free and good quality.

Take a look on "Fear and Faith" or (and) "Flying Lead". Both are from Ganesha Games.
