Title: INCURSION is here!
Post by: johnbailey on February 15, 2010, 08:53:21 PM
The US shipment of Incursion has arrived at Grindhouse Games from the manufacturer.  We are working feverishly to get all pre-orders packaged and out the door as fast as we can.   European pre-orders have already been shipping for a couple of weeks.

For those of you interested in Incursion but who were waiting for actual release, 900 out of the 1,000 unit initial run have already been sold in pre-order, so don't wait much longer!

For more information about Incursion, visit the Incursion website at:

www.incursiongame.com

or the fan forum for both Incursion and Secrets of the Third Reich at:

Thanks!

Finally! I am looking forward to play the game finally on decent gaming material after countless playtest on flimsy self made paper sheets...
 ;)

Thanks for the opportunity to be part of the development!

I'm currently figuring out if I can spare the money to order a 2nd box so I can play with both sides of the board at the same time.

Guess I should really make my mind up sharpish if there are so few left.

I've not had a chance to play on the board yet but it will undoubtedly be better than the badly laminated printouts I've got sitting with my miniatures.
 :)

Eeep, just noticed you've missed out the "i" in reich on that second link.

Yes Incursion arrived pretty promptly, thanks to the team Jim! :-*

We had our first proper playtest at the Mid Somerset Club last week and as soon as the players put that other 'armoured warriors in corridor based combat game' out of their minds they grasped the delicate and different balance of the game mechanics and pronounced it a resounding success! :D

I hope to be writing a review for Ragnarok soon.

Thanks, Captain and Viper!

Thanks as well to you, Agis, but we're not done with you just yet.  There's still MI-13 to tackle.... :)

Finally got to dig into my copy last night.

Ah...I know it's becoming cliche' to say, but I'm still intoxicated by that new game smell!

Looking forward to actually playing.

@ game smell: I can perfectly understand you, I always like to open a new book or -better- game box! :)

Mine arrived yesterday. I spent a few minutes just enjoying the "new game" smell when I opened the box. I'll probably start separating the cardboard pieces tonight with my xacto knife.
