The Illustrated London News. 20th February 1890
Your correspondent is thrilled to report that the famous explorer and adventurer Allan Quatermain has arrived today at Port New Victoria, Atlantis to assist in the exploration of this recently discovered land.
We believe his arrival here is timed to coincide with the expedition to a new island found south of the mainland. Mr Quatermain has been a long time friend of Lord Belborough, financer and leader of the Royal Geographical Society expedition.

Ironclad Miniatures(with a converted rifle, I didnt like the original single barrel so removed it and replaced it with two barrels to represent a double barrelled elephant gun, manufactured by Messrs Holland & Holland of London) :)
