Has a Anime vibe to it. This Cthulhu is incredible looking! The other pieces are equally haunting and beautiful. I like the cut of the snake chaps jib.

I definitely agree, but I was completely impressed by the creativity and execution of this interpretation. (Maybe this is what the big guy looks like after he's burned off the stored fat from his, erm, extended hibernation. :P )

That is one fantastic sculpt!!! That said, he's a little to 'buggy' and not nearly 'squiddy' enough for the big C (imho). Really cool concept for an alien menace thou...

A very pretty sculpt, though my preferences also lean towards the more classic vision of Cthulhu. This one looks almost a bit like a cross between a Predator and a Mind Flayer. Beautiful execution, but I think I'll stay with my obese squatting vision of Cthulhu.

I'm not a huge Cthulhu fan (played the rpg a few times) but I really like this, seems a bit more capable of taking someones head off :D

Very much my line of thought, with a bit of vampire thrown in. It's cool certainly, but doesn't have the bloated, obscene horror of the standard look of Cthulhu. Maybe, 'Cthulhu - the College Years' or 'Adventures of Young Cthulhu'?

Yes it certainly doesn't look like he's been sleeping down there, more like intensive traing.
But is is cool and would make a great avatar!

First thing I thought was "Chun Li thighs"!! ;D Fantastic sculpt and paintjob... like others have said not quite how I imagine Cthulhu but great skill in the execution.
