Is there a compnay out there which makes these in 28mm?

Maybe Anglian Miniatures in the future, and I think Force of Arms has an important catalogue of Spanish Civil War.

There are such miniatures in 40 mm from Andrea (actual and historical guardia civil), but no company I'm aware of makes them in 28mm

Force of Arms have two packs of Guardia Civil in 28mm, HQ and Rifle Section.  I haven't seen the figures in person, but I've like everything else that I have bought from him (and that is alot :)
