The Face Huggers are made from GW Zombie hands and Skaven tails and some green stuff. To be honest the idea is stolen from boardgamegeek.
The eggs are taken from the Horrorclix Alien Queen base and repainted.
Marines are from Woodbine/Gripping Beast with some GW bits and pieces added.
Aliens and queen are just rebased Horrorclix figures.

Very appealing! Normally I don't like any base rim other than black, but you pulled off that metal look very nicely! May I ask who makes those floorplans?
-
The blood splattered plans are from Doom the Boardgame the clean ones are from the Star wars RPG or CMG from Wizards of the Coast. I guess the pack is called "Galaxy Tiles". These have a printed back as well. The ones from Doom are just single sided.

Gripping beast marines are very nice painted. Again a great use of zombie hands/skaven tails face huggers.
:D

Yeah,
realy nice stuff :-*
Working on my own facehugger done the same way.
They look great
-
Awesome stuff. :-*
You could have a really nice game with those.
The facehugger zombie/skaven conversion blows me away - would never have known unless told!
-
Nice stuff 8)

Good stuff, and your paintjob on the Woodbine Marines look better than the photos on the Gripping Beast website. And the facehuggers are a GREAT idea.
I especially love the poledancing alien! lol

Thanks for all the nice comments. While taking the photos and receiving so much encouragement i start thinking about painting the rest of the marines and i have one of the prince august power loaders lying around as well.
Maybe i postpone my fallout project for a while...
"Pole dancing alien" - now that's funny. Guess it would work in the same bar as the chestburster from Spaceballs. :)

These are superb..

huggers are amazing...

nice huggers

I agree with pretty much everybody here - those facehuggers are brialliant! It may not have been your idea, but the execution - and the painting - is suberp!
-
Certainly excellent! I think I've just found a use for all those unused skaven and fantasy zombie bits I have laying around.
-
Really great stuff, I have to say, I noticed the facehugger conversion before you said, but it looks the part and is truly inspired! :)
-
I lover it! :-*

Im glad that you did. Those Gripping Beast marines look great, the camo is nice The addition of some of the GW bits is nice too. I may rob that :)

Thats where I stole the idea for my face-huggers too lol. They look great in concert with the eggs from the Alien Queen base.
Great work.
