Are these the ones that were WI subscription giveaways a few years ago ?
If they are I got them , if not I want them.

Judging by the rest of the range I would think so (they all appear to former WI subscription freebies if memory serves me!)

A picture of the figures would be more useful than a still from the film I think… ;D

If they are, I have the "real-life" version and a lovely figure it is too.

He is serving as a British NCO with my African militia, as he came in a bargain bag of Darkest Africa stuff off Ebay and I wasn't aware of who he was until I saw a pic by accident  lol

I'll definitely buy both of these -to use in the Zulu War this time. Decent price and well worth having.

Those on eBay went for more than £6 plus postage. I've ordered a set from North Star and have paint sitting out, ready and waiting.

You could try phoning them. There is a phone number on their web page.

I'm still waiting for two sets  :( I think they legally have 28 days or so for UK delivery, so I'll give them a week longer and then phone myself.

I wouldn't mind too much but the second set I ordered is a "thank you" for an act of generosity. My pair can wait, as I've so much else to paint anyway.

I must say they have always been very efficient with earlier orders. Maybe some problem with this specific item?

I haven't got mine either. I have a receipt from them that says the items will be despatched "as soon as possible".

OK, good news, my order has just arrived!  Not too bad, 19 days from placing the order. A bit slow, but certainly acceptable to me  :D

I will be off to the post office to send on the second pair ASAP!
