Title: first minis I've posted here..... (dial up beware!)
Post by: Cypher226 on June 13, 2010, 10:16:17 PM
Hi guys, some really blurry shots of some of my recent stuff.

First up a biker gang for some modern gaming - a mix of foundry, HF and EM4/copplestone. There's a psionic in there too....

and some 15mm SF
Critical Mass Alien Mercs

GZG stuff
(http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g61/Cypher226/truck.jpg)

NAC Royal Marines

And a couple of old Mongoose Light Mobile Infantry as generic future bad guys
(http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g61/Cypher226/MIcommand.jpg)

The pics are crap, probably because I took them late evening in abysmal lighting, but they give you an idea...

I'll take some better pictures (hopefully this week) and try and get some good group shots of my NAC and UN Light Infantry.

C&C welcome!

They look good to me. The only suggestion I would make is to give the bases a drybrush of light color (maybe cream or off white).

Hi all, thanks for the kind words.  :)

Where's that shotgun guy with the grey hair from?

Body is Sam Ford, carefully filed down to convert the vest into a leather waistcoat. The head is from the HF straitjacket loony (from the frothers Asylum competition).

The bases are actually brushed up in three shades, VMC US field drab base, tan-earth and then buff for the final highlight. It just doesnt come out in these pics.

The gang is only half done, I've got another 7 minis to add, plus I need the rest of the Copplestone bikers to round them out. I might convert a couple of extras to metahumans for Shadowrun too - I've already got a dual pistoling wielding Shimmer B from HF converted up for an Elf gunslinger adept.

More pics to come when lighting improves!
