I'm not sure if this will help but I am in the process of painting up a 28mm warband of cultists for SoBH.

What I have done is used the bodies of West Wind's picts (mainy bow- and javelin-armed). See http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/catalog/popup_image.php?pID=1219 (http://www.westwindproductions.co.uk/catalog/popup_image.php?pID=1219)

But I've used the heads from Pig Iron's Feral Troopers - http://www.pig-iron-productions.com/index.php?main_page=popup_image&pID=17 (http://www.pig-iron-productions.com/index.php?main_page=popup_image&pID=17)

It gives them a sort of hooded tribal mask look.

Brotherhood of the Red Redemption?

Could get expensive - just purchased the command group off of ebay myself!  :D

If binman won't have them, I'm interested in those. =)

I know I have a bag of un-painted ones somewhere but cannot find it. I was going to use them as Murgos in a Belgariad campaign years ago but it never happened.

So far I have found these

and these may be suitable too?

I'd be ineterested in all of them dependent on cost (of which i have no idea) though porbably only two-three of the rank/ile figure

With some judicious 'though relatively simple weapon swaps, these (http://www.pulpfigures.com/catcode.php?range=Wierd%20Menace&code=PWM&number=4&custID=9218681991277798984) and these (http://www.pulpfigures.com/catcode.php?range=Wierd%20Menace&code=PWM&number=5&custID=9218681991277798984) fellas might do the job.

Yeah OK I've posted this before but any excuse to show them off:

Getting all the command can be tricky, the original boxes came with just two of them. Getting enough basic cultists for a decent size unit can be a pain too.

Blackhat do some nice looking cultists though.

I have the model on the left, and use him as the leader of my Red Redemptionists.

The other troops I'v converted from Empire Flagellantes plastics boxed set.
