Title: I too am new.

Hullo! This is only the second forum I've ever joined, the other was rubbish so make it worth my while or else!
I'm a member of Sheffield Wargames Society, organisers of Sheffield Triples, as well as a Sheffield Irregular (a painting group and organisers of the IMP awards for painting). They do a lovely magazine too.
I'm mainly a historical gamer but will be persuaded to do almost anything (except role play, never liked it). I won't bore you any longer, go and read something more interesting!

I'm an Owl, I live very close to Hillsborough. Most of my friends are piggies, sorry, Blades so I have to be tactful!

Boromir and Sharpe are Blades. Well, Seen Been is. That's why I cheer for Mordor and the French!

I do appreciate the international flavour of the welcomes too. Rome eh? I might pop round to your house for a few months holiday Sahib! Just me and three dogs, it'll be fine! Or maybe Canada... Australia...
