I think you need paint from the Vallejo Model Color range. Specifically German Field Grey (#70830) which comes in a 17ml dropper bottle. You may want to check that its the right colour for uniforms of that period, but it looks a good match to me.

I was going to say Vallejo too.  I know they make WW2 paint, but they also have colours called Green Grey and Grey Green.  I bought both to try out for Nurgle.  Green Grey is way lighter, it is close to GW's Rotting Flesh, it is actually lighter than that.  Grey Green is a very Dark Grey almost as dark as Vallejo Dark Grey.

Green Grey is Model Color 106 or 971 both numbers are on the bottle
Grey Green is Model Color 185 or 866
Dark Grey is Model Color 166 or 70994

I don't know what you want, but Vallejo makes a lot of different shades of Grey.
