Title: [Question] Size of ogres - ral partha and reaper??
Post by: Sybou on September 13, 2010, 03:40:59 PM
Hello every one,

I m gathering an ogres horde and I was willing to have them old school. Like the old citadel ones for example.

I really like the Bob Olleys ones from reaper, like Garnuk:

I know that Ral Partha makes a cool line of ogres:

But my question is: Do they have the same size? It seems Ral partha ones are more slim and smaller, no?

If someone got a picture in order to compare them, that would be cool.

Well, I have a couple of those Ral Partha ogres, but not that particular Reaper range. I can compare to ogres from Citadel, Foundry, Heresy and Black Tree, Olley's Reaper trolls, or minotaurs from his own company. The Ral Partha ogres are his too, by the way. I'd expect a good match.

A comparaison picture with an ogre citadel and a reaper troll would be ace. I have some of them and it will make me a good idea of their size.

Thanks for the answer, man.

OK, I'll take a look at my lead pile when I get back home. I just recalled something, though...

Does this help?

This surely does help and give me an answer. These ral partha ogres are so small ... This surely makes me hesitate whereas to buy them or not ...

Meanwhile, thank you very much Dolmot, I didn t know that witchhunter.net got a scale section.
