Apologies for poor lighting. Some generic cannibals for Pirates, Pulp or Darkest Africa type games. Figures are from Blaze Away. My two favorites at bottom.

Those came out very well!
Very pulpy, and like you said, pretty generic. South Seas, Africa, wherever. Some of the pulps were pretty vague about which continent their headhunter-haunted jungle was in anyway!
Not familiar with Blazeaway, another company to add to the lists.

You've done them justice! :o
Some pretty ordinary sculpts turned into gold.
Well done.

I've never heard of Blazeaway miniatures, but your work certainly inspires the desire to check them.
Good work!
Thans for sharing.

Thanks all. I spent some time bending the arms and shields to add some additional variety. Otherwise, all left foot forward, left armed raised in unison.
Here are some scenics along the same theme from Moonlight Miniatures:

First attempt at rendering marble. Result was so-so.

Nice work on the cannibals. I checked out the Blaze Away site, and I think they'd be better served to use your pictures. :D
You can never have enough heads on sticks in my opinion! :-*
