Really enjoy Mr. Ogre's stubble.

That's awesome!

Not sure I like the ogre's nose, but it is all beautifully worked into!

I always thought the Alternative Armies Ogre Heads looked a lot like Skrags.

I thought that was Skraag.

Very very nice - my only quibble is that the Elf looks neither dead (eyes should probably be rolled back into head) nor suitably annoyed if still alive. But really that's a bit like someone inventing a perpetual motion machine only to be told 'but I wanted a yellow one'. Really excellent work.

That is Skragg himself.  One of the best ogres EVER.

Love the nose most of all!

I think the elf looks more like he is somewhat disappointed by the situation.  Perhaps reconsidering spending his XP on upgrading music instead of weapon skill.

Yes, being able to knock out a note-perfect rendition of The Lay of Luthien on the lute at the drop of a hat isn't especially useful in a situation such as this.

Very, very nice little diorama indeed!  Love the blood running through the cracks between the paving.

Very nice paintjob and vignette. I'm not too fond of the nose either, I think a more realistic colour would work better in this setting. At the moment it seems this diorama is balancing between gritty (the armour and surroundings) and comical (the nose and the elf). But that's total nitpicking of course, it's a beauty!  :-*

So.. the elf punched the poor Ogre on the nose....

Like the grittly look, but the nose also doesn't do it for me. Very vignette though :)
