Some of this has been posted elsewhere, but I figured I should stop stealing ideas and contribute a bit.
The troops are RAFM and TAG with Pig Iron head swaps. The terrain is Litko ITS with some resin bitz. I've a long way to go, but here's the progress so far.

like the terrain pieces, especially the big pipes. Where are come from? Also Litko?
-
Big Pipes were from an eBay seller. Resin casts of Hirst Molds, I think.
-
Yes! I've been looking forward to seeing someone do a Stalker project! Such a superb set of games in a fantastic setting. I've been toying with doing a project for it myself. Amazing work!
-
Nice use of Cap trooper bits for up-gearing the mercs.
I wasn't too fond of the bird's-eye-view of the terrain (the structures seem to spartan to me), but those street-level shots are juicy. Very atmospheric.

Definately from a Hirst arts mold.
-
I am loving the Stalkers and Mercs. Great job!!! :-* :-* :-*
-
Nice to see a Stalker project. Like the paintjob on the minis and the terrain is cool too. Where are these Bridges and platfroms from?
-
Thanks. The structures are Litko Industrial Terrain System pieces. Laser-cut plywood, notch/slot construction. Bought one of their bundle deals last Christmas and finally got around to building it.
It is rather spartan, but I default to playability over detail. My experience with painstakingly crafted details is that someone can snap them off in a second with nary a hint of remorse. I put resin scenics like the crates/oil drums, etc, on plexi glass bases, so they can be dropped in as desired to spice the battlefield up a bit.

The Quonset style hut was a prototype for more and shelters pop up in both CoP and CS. I’ve got a bit more detailing to do. Sorry for the dark pix.
-
The camoflage shelter is ace.
-
Bunker and shelter, are really good terrain pieces.
-
This is awesome, especially for a fan of STALKER like me :D !
-
Someone gave me scraps of chicken wire, so I tried my hand at a section of fence.
The best signs I find are in English, so that throws off the vodka-vibe, and I really gotta improve on my picture lighting.

Looks great. You thinking of making this a "squad based" game with single soldier activation or a platoon level game with multiple small squads on both sides?
-
More squad skirmish. It's an Action Point system where individuals or fireteams can activate as desired. Fireteam members simply have to perform the same action at the same time.
-
Minimal progress: 3 Characters (Hunter with NVG helmet, Crazy Ivan, and The Punk) in front of another fence piece. Happy New Year.

The new models are very cool and the buildings are nice!
-
Diggin' the Ratnik fig. That wire stickin' out by his knee looks like a nasty happening waiting to, err... happen.

Nice miniatures... where do they come from?

Thanks all. Next time, I'll take pix in the daylight.
The Ratnik figs are excellent, very cool details, and it forced me to try a different painting technique. I'm going to do all of them that way. The wire: yep, it's a barbed wire remnant in the foreground. Bad angle on the picture.
The earlier figs are either RAFM or Assault Group with (mostly) Pig Iron head swaps. They lack the distinct individual character of the LAM/Ratnik figs, but they're solid, clean sculpts. They fill out the collection nicely.
-
very good lookin project :-*
-
nice looking project! ill follow this

The first of the Ratmik/LAM figs.

The figures are looking great. I love the buildings and objective markers. It has the dark Stalker feel to it.
-
Nice paint work there mate, those gas mask lenses are cool, bases too !!!!!!!!
-
wow! i loved the setting of the game (not the same for the playability), and i really like the way you are making that!!
-
Wow--the LAF/Ratnik figs take the prize. Nicest figs of the bunch, paint jobs included.
-
The last gang of miniatures are mindblowingly cool, and excellent painting as well!
-
All the Ratnik figs have color now.

I confess there's a half-finished building and a 1/48 BTR kit still on the "to Do" list, but here's shots of the Industrial complex with military garrison table.
