Geez you really did that miniature justice! The flesh is great but I really like the subtle work on the staff's gemstone, and the overall gritty look.

Nicely done, always liked that miniature and that's a good paint job.
allthoug the highlites on the hair look great, something doesn't feel right. I guess it's because I got used to a lot of people putting very sharp highlites in there (as hair apperently shows in RL)

Looks really damn good, especially the black/grey tones on the fabric, the skin is great and the hair has a good look to it as the colors shift softly from dark to light as the wave goes :)

I know what you mean but actually I think it looks a lot more natural than with extreme sharp highlights. I like it a lot.
