Title: Earth Reborn : post apoc miniatures
Post by: YIU on January 27, 2011, 11:06:13 AM: I have just bought the game Earth Reborn. Earth Reborn is a miniature-based board game sold with 12 miniatures (primed hard plastic). The game simulates conflicts between emerging factions in a post-apocalyptic universe where each faction is looking to become the dominant force of the New Earth. The miniatures could be used for other games but you would have to buy a new set to re-base them.

The plastic they use forthe minis, is it the hardier one like they used for AT43 or the bendier one like for the Star Wars minis?

Like AT43 or Heroclix, as hard as resin (not soft like Star Wars).

Funny, I was just looking at some of these over on CMON....
Why do you say you'd have to get another set, can you not use them in the game without the coloured bases?
I don't suppose you could be persuaded to post up some size comparison pics with some other well known Sci ranges? :D

The outer circle is for ranged combat, the inner for melee.

You are right so if you remove the circles on the bases you can't play the game anymore.

I'll try to post size comparison pics with other sci-fi miniatures.

Yes there are nice details. I found a few mold lines but I didn't remove all of them because the miniatures are primed and you can't prime them anymore or you might damage the printed circles glued on the base.
