Title: Chaos in Carpathia Availability?

So I'm looking to replace my increasingly worn home printed PDF copy with an actual printed copy but came up against a $45 USD shipping charge :o from Blue Moon direct (I'm in Australia).  Any guidance on where one may be able to source a hardcopy at a reasonable shipping rate?  Many thanks for any leads.

E-mail Teresa from Blue Moon directly and see what she can do. Their store quotes insane ship rates, but I think if you contact them directly, they can refund you, or simply have you directly Paypal them a lower rate.  Here's her e-mail:
