The second models don't look bad, it's just that the photo doesn't allow easy view of any detail :(

My photography skills are,I freely admit, very poor but I have hopefuly got a bit better and my pictures for rounds 3 and 4 will, with any luck, show an improvement
Having said that........with the opposition I am up against this week and the superb quality of Gamer Macs painting skills even if the piccie I had taken was better I would of still deserved the whooping that I am getting! Well done,Sir!
Maybe I should start a new thread with suggestions on how to nobble your opponents during the League? :D

Bobble
Thank you for the nice comments. Not the one about nobbleing you opponent though lol
I think that a major part of the LPL is the photography skills and even though I have had loads of practice I am still not very good compared too a lot of other people. It is usually by accident that I get a good picture. There is a big thread about photos in the LPL but a lot of it just goes straight over my head o_o
I just use my daylight modelling lamp pointed straight at the figures front. This one was also taken in a well daylight lit room. Not direct sunlight though.
As has been said before photography is a hobby all on its own and I don't have enough time for my wargaming hobby never mind trying to fit in another one.
Good luck with your next rounds.

Cheers Gamer Mac
I know what you mean,I've been reading the photography thread and I haven't understood a damn bit of it! Way too technical for me I'm afraid and like you say it's hard enough finding time to do all the wargaming stuff that I want without trying to learn all this photography malarkey too lol
Good luck with the rest of the competition
