Title: New Oshiro releases for Salute *pic heavy*
Post by: OSHIROmodels on March 27, 2011, 04:28:33 PM
Hello chaps, below are a few photos of what's being released in time for Salute.

They are all ready to go and the website is being updated as I type (I hope  ::) )

A couple of them you have seen before the rest are new.

For the 28's we have

JP07, just another town house but with a different orientation
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP07.jpg)

JP08 A two story shop
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP08.jpg)

JP09 A wealthy merchants house (my favorite so far  :) )

JP10 The samurai house which was shown before but now has better photos
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP10.jpg)

And now a new range of yamashiro (mountain castle) buildings

First off...

JY01 A small barrack block
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JY01.jpg)

JY02 An enclosed watchtower
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JY02.jpg)

JY03 A 150mm wall section
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JY03.jpg)

There are five other wall sections on the workbench at the moment, a gateway and four different corners, internal and external at 30 degrees and internal and external at 60 degrees.

The additions range has two new entries

JA02 The kawaya (toilet)

JA03 A cannon, this comes with two racks of cannonballs (not shown)

And the town walls which were also shown before but now have a gateway.

JW05 The gate itself
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JW05.jpg)

JW06 Straight wall of 150mm
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JW06.jpg)

JW07 Corner section of 75mm (can be used internally or exteranlly)

And now on to the 15's  :)

JP15-06 Tiled townhouse
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP1506.jpg)

JP15-07 Another townhouse
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP1507.jpg)

JP15-08 Two story shop
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP1508.jpg)

JP15-09 Merchants house
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/samurai/JP1509.jpg)

There is a JP15-10 which is the samurai house but I had a problem with the mould and was unable to take a picture for today, needless to say it's basically the same as the 28mm one (albeit smaller  ;) )

And finally for today a new addition to the Gaming Additions range. A large flight stand that can be put away as a flat pack for easy storage

GA06 200m tall and 100mm across the top
(http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk138/jimbibbly/VSF/GA06a.jpg)

I'll get some shots of the flight stand with something on it later.

I'll be at Salute on stand TA10 and the game will be on GA09

Thanks for looking, see you there  :)

cheers

James

James, the tower and the merchant house is one of your best buildings so far. Can't wait to hold them in my hands.

Speaking as one who spent many happy hours playing Tenchu and Tenchu 2 & 3 on the Playstation (the game where you play a Ninja on a number of stealthy missions of assassination), These make me want to build a whole board to play out the game in 28mm. Superb terrain!  :-*

Just another day ... I always update the oshiro site every hour, just to hope that the webmaster could finish his update earlier.

A great stuff!!!  :o

I had privilege to set the small town walls on my table on the Action, last weekend. Superb pieces! And the place was almost full. I thought to set the samurai project on the side for a while, but seeing this new scenery, I think I will have to expand for two or more plates!  ;D

Keep it going, you produced really great pieces!!!
