Bloody hard,nice work :)

I notice a few things which are a result of getting done in a hurry. >:( The upper deck railing is too high, I knew that, but I should have placed el capitán on the lower deck with the others...
The Cacafuego, pride of the Paquadorian navy, is one fifth of the ships and boats I will be floating at my SLAM! Triumph and Tragedy game with the working name "Chicken Race on the Arumbaya". Looking at the picture I see that I need to tone down some of the rust spots. She looks like a bloody leopard now...

Looks good to me Hammers, you're being too self critical. And don't get me started on my round 7.....
-
This looks really really great, and it will absolutely be a great experience to see them first hand at the Stockholm SLAM! in June :)
-
Hammers, could you please stop posting these viciously well done scenes of yours... I feel all unworthy. :)
-
I love the Federales figures you used Hammers, who makes them?

They are Pulp Figures Gestapo. Bob Murch had the kindness to add the 'taches for me. One I did myself.

Awesome work Hammers, the only thing missing in this entry is a bit better looking water, but it's easily forgiven. I love the rickety wooden look of the vessel.
The dwarfs look very nicely painted too but they're up against some very stiff competition!

What a wonderful ship und miniatures. I hope there will be some more ship-pictures after this round...I would like to build one and I need some more inspiration.

How does one get a seat? :)

Both great! Hard choice!

Thanks for your nice comments, folks. And your votes.

@Lidless Eye may I ask where you got those miniatures from?
-
Seeing those magnificent federales, I had a crazy idea:
I think that Bob Murch should issue a new set of figures. The Gestapo already trimmed as South Americans etc plus some similar soldiers. I can dream of.

Breaker, those are Meteors of the Aegis, made by Rackham back in the days when Confrontation figures came in unpainted metal. They've been out of production for a few years now (bought mine ages ago, but only just got around to painting them), but seem to be fairly readily available on eBay.

Thanks for the reply.
