They are cool miniatures when you get to see them  :D.

They had been released at shows years ago. This will be the official release with some new additions.

well, i hope that those will be better than the spartans! they were pretty good in the concept, but the sculpts were quite poor, for the high price! :)

not at all, i didn't mean that!

but i've seen the sculpts in flesh, and they were quite poor! i love the poses and the overall look, but the original sculpts are quite... flat! not what i expect for a 3 dollars miniatures (pricey almost as the hasslefree!)

As always I remain hopeful that somewhere in the UK will stock these properly. There are some sites that have Crocodile Games products but usually in low quantities or "Out of Stock" all the time. Come on Maelstrom, sort it out! :(

This is quite strange.  I have never heard such a comment before about Croc figures.
I bought the Spartans in part because I had seen Tom's painting.  And later, some that Redzed did.  I also have some Anubi figures.

They seem to me as good as any figures; and far better than most.  Really odd you dislike the sculpts so much.

i really like the sculpts of the other lines. only the spartans are quite... extreme. maybe it is the style that i don't like, because all the muscles are really visibile, with some holes between them... dunno, actually those are still really nice, but i think that with the same effort it is possible to make more proportionate miniatures, with the same awesome looking poses and looks!

still great minis, btw

They're one of the ones I meant when I said barely any stock levels. I understand why, as they're a small business. I just wish one of the bigger UK shops stocked them in decent quantities.

As am I, because I know loads of people who love the Crocodile Games stuff but have nowhere to buy it. The first retailer to really stock it en masse will make a mint I suspect. But they know the market better than I. I guess as long as they don't stock it, my wallet is safe. :)
